- Passport valid for at least 6 months beyond your trip, with 2 blank pages, plus copies of old passports and previous visas
- CNIC / B-Form copy, recent passport-size photographs (as per country specifications)

- Bank statements for 6 months with a clear, explainable pattern of income and savings
- Proof of ties to Pakistan: employment letter/NOC & salary slips, or business registration, FBR tax returns and business bank statements; students need a bonafide certificate
- Family Registration Certificate (FRC) / Nikah Nama if travelling with family
- Confirmed travel itinerary and accommodation bookings (not necessarily paid), and a clear cover letter
