Our process
We check your travel history, finances and purpose of visit and tell you honestly whether to apply now or strengthen the file first.
You receive a personalised checklist — income proofs, bank statements, invitation letters or hotel bookings as required.
We organise your documents, draft a clear cover letter and complete the application form accurately.
We guide you through fee payment, appointment booking and biometrics at the authorised centre or embassy.
Where an interview applies, we run a short mock session so you can answer confidently and consistently.
We follow your application and brief you on entry rules, insurance and what to carry at the airport.
We assist with tourist, family-visit and business visit visas for 21 countries: the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Germany, Italy, France, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Hungary, Lithuania, Romania, Cyprus, Turkey, Russia, China, Malaysia and Dubai (UAE).
There is no universal minimum. Consulates look for funds that comfortably cover your trip, a stable pattern of income and savings over about six months, and believable sources. We review your statements and tell you if the file needs strengthening first.
No. Only the embassy or immigration authority decides. We prepare a complete, consistent file and cover letter, and we will advise you honestly if applying now isn’t wise.
A previous refusal must be declared. We study the refusal reasons, fix the weak points in the file and advise when and how to reapply, instead of resubmitting the same application.
Apply 2–3 months before travel for most countries, and earlier for Schengen states and the USA where appointments are limited. Never buy non-refundable tickets before approval.
